F/T COLLECTOR - NEGATIVE

Location: Collections Department 3450 S. Highland Drive

Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Requirements: A minimum of one year collections or customer service experience a must, will train on our systems. Knowledge of Symitar system desirable. Good public relations skills, negotiation skills, and organizational skills a must. Will work in a team environment.

Responsibilities: Collection of negative shares and other delinquent loans and other assignments as required.

P/T MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Location: North Bountiful Branch

Hours: 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday

Requirements: Must possess excellent public relation skills and cross-selling abilities. Strong organizational skills required. A background in a sales environment preferred.

Responsibilities: Member transactions, sales, balancing and all related teller duties.

F/T CARD SERVICES TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Location: Card Services

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Requirements: Must have a good driving record. Cash handling experience required. Must be able to work well with people. Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus. Accounting experience is helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities: Monitor the status of all CU ATM’s. Provide first line maintenance to CU ATM’s. Schedule ATM repairs. Must be a member of the ATM Response Team. Assist with the instant issue process. Other duties as assigned.

P/T MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Riverton Branch

Hours: 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday & every other Saturday

Requirements: Must possess excellent public relation skills and cross-selling abilities. Strong organizational skills required. A background in a sales environment preferred.

Responsibilities: Member transactions, sales, balancing and all related teller duties.

P/T MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Brickyard Branch

Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday – Friday & some Saturdays
