Why is my password automatically being filled in after I type my account number?
This is a feature built into most web browsers and only works on your particular machine. To clear the password follow the instructions below:

Netscape 6.2
Go to Edit, Preferences, Privacy and Security.
Web passwords - uncheck remember passwords for sites that require me to log in.
Go to View stored passwords and remove the one that member wants to remove.

Internet Explorer 6
Go to Tools, Internet Options, Content tab, auto-complete, clear passwords

I am having problems with my eStatements?
If you are getting an error when trying to open or save your e-statement from UNET, you most likely have the "Do not save encrypted files to disk" option selected in internet options on the advanced tab in the security section (for Internet Explorer). Uncheck this option and try again. If it doesn't work try restoring all of your security and advanced settings back to defaults. Default Security setting is medium and there is a button under the advanced tab at the bottom of the Advanced tab to restore defaults. If you need assistance please contact our Service and Information Department at 801-481-8800. They are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

2. Click accept button
3. Choose open file
4. After download it will display the cert info; choose "install certificate"

UNet Errors

"The page has expired due to inactivity"
For security purposes UNet will logoff any account that has been idle for more than 10 minutes. For instance, if you walk away from the computer for more than ten minutes and then come back and try to start where you left off you will get this error. This is to protect you if you happen to forget to logout of your account before leaving the computer.
There are two other majors causes of this error. First, it can be caused by not "Automatically checking for newer versions of stored pages." If you are using Internet Explorer this can be changed by clicking at "tools" then "internet options". On the general tab, click the "settings" button under the temporary internet files section. When the settings window opens make sure that "Check for newer versions of stored pages:" is set to Automatically.
