Planned Downtime for Maintenance and Upgrades
To ensure our online and mobile services can always take care of you when you need them most, we schedule online maintenance windows during which those services will be unavailable. This allows us to perform software or equipment upgrades that will enhance your overall experience with our online and mobile services.
We schedule these maintenance windows during times where affected services are used least to ensure the least amount of disruption to our members. We apologize, however, if you have been affected by a scheduled downtime period; it won’t last long and it will ensure better experiences going forward.
